Vodafone India: Employee Engagement

How does a country subsidiary of a global telecom redefine CSR and give employees a direct role, taking employee engagement to a new level? How do communities, employees, and the company benefit and learn from these actions?

This case examines how partnerships evolved, programs were adjusted, and the corporation learned along with the NGOs. It dives into lessons from the WOD program, including how Vodafone learned, how it shared its lessons, and how the company reaped a triple-bottom-line return on its investment in social change.
