The greatest success goes to the person who is

not afraid to fail in front of even the largest audience.

strategic learning and evaluation

our evaluation process

We measure impact through numbers and nuance.

Whether we are conducting formative, summative, or developmental and adaptive evaluations, we analyze an organization or program's mission, outcomes, strategies, and benchmarks to determine whether it is achieving its intended results. By beginning with developmental evaluation and creating rigorous feedback loops throughout the project, we enable our partners to engage in an ongoing process of learning. When appropriate, we create program design options and enhancements to allow for improved results going forward. Our approach is partner-focused and uses academic, analytics-based, and experiential insights to provide the most dynamic approach to learning and refinement.
